Never. The client relationship remains 100% owned by the partner. UNOVOX acts strictly as the background technology vendor and never contacts, solicits, or markets to client accounts provisioned through your partner console.

Partners receive a unified multi-client console to provision, manage, and oversee independent whistleblowing channels for each client organization from a single secure login. All client data and encryption keys remain strictly segregated.

5. Does UNOVOX provide technical support, training, and sales enablement?
