How it works
The manager defines the scope. The AI Agent runs the investigation.
Autonomy is configured explicitly. The manager chooses the categories placed under each agent’s management; the remaining ones continue in the team’s usual flow.

Investigate autonomously
When a covered case arrives, the AI Agent leads and organises the investigation.
Validate the information
The manager reviews all the gathered information and takes the final validation of the process.
