How it works
The manager defines the scope. The AI Agent runs the investigation.
Autonomy is configured explicitly. The manager chooses which categories are handled by each agent; all other categories remain in the team’s usual workflow.
Assign categories

Investigate autonomously
When a covered case arrives, the AI Agent conducts and organises the investigation.
Validate the information
The manager reviews all collected information and performs the final process validation.

No category is assigned to an AI Agent by default. The organisation decides where automation is used and remains responsible for final validation.
