How it works
The manager defines the scope. The AI Agent runs the investigation.
Autonomy is configured explicitly. The manager selects the categories assigned to each agent; all other categories remain in the team's standard workflow.
Assign categories
Associate one or more report categories with the agent, in line with the organisation's operating model.
Investigate autonomously
When a covered case is received, the AI Agent conducts and organises the investigation.
Validate the information
The manager reviews all gathered information and assumes final validation of the process.
Autonomy by human decision
No category is assigned to an AI Agent by default. The organisation decides where automation is used and remains responsible for final validation.
